Thrown Projectiles and Wizards

I have noticed that most of the daggers out in the game are actually thrown projectiles instead of short blades. Would it be possible to get thrown projectiles added to wizards?

Set your combatmode to +ranged and the daggers will then show as short blades when you exam them. They are coded to be both short blades and thrown projectiles.
