Announcing: The Spring Cleaning Auction

Do you have carts and packs and bags stuffed full of loot that is just
gathering dust? Would you like to move them to a new home with some
coin for your troubles? Well, have I got a deal for you! I am going to
be holding an auction to help everyone do some spring cleaning! Submit
your fabulous wares to Mai Galuchin now!

Items shall be listed with their descriptions and any magical enchantments if applicable. Bids may be submitted in person or through the Magical Post, but must be given in written format. All bids must be made in platinum. A handlers fee of ten percent will be taken from the winnings and the proceeds partially donated to the church of Waukeen. The remainder of this will be put into a fund for a drawing! With every bid you make, your name is put into a drawing for the fund!

The last two hours of the auction will be held in person so that people may make live bids. Refreshments shall be provided during this time as well! This shall be held in the Waterdeep Gardens, at the time listed below. In these
last two hours, bids by Magical Post will no longer be accepted and it shall be all live. You may submit bids by proxy if need be. For any questions not answered in this posting, please contact me!

The lots are divided by their type, be it Trinkets, Armor, Weapons, and Scrolls/ Potions. Bracers and bucklers are found under 'Trinkets' and shields are found under 'Armor'.

2- If a bidding war begins, no bids for other items will be
accepted until the war is resolved. This is for the sake of
clarity and simplicity.

3- Bids for the live auction need not be written down, but
you must be present to bid. No mailed bids will be accepted
at this time. Proxy bidders are allowed.

4- Please make your bids in numeric form to avoid confusion
on my part! Example: 100 Platinum for T1 as opposed to 'One
hundred platinum on T-One.
