Post by Amethyst » Sat Jun 15, 2024 7:16 pm

In celebration of the fresh activity to the city of Waterdeep, Amethyst Emberheart will be offering a teaching event, for FREE! All things taught will require no payment, just a willing attitude, a spirit of fun, and some food/drink to share with all!

Where:
The Gardens of Waterdeep

Featuring:
-Every arcane spell known to Mages, either taught directly or by scroll! Includes Gate and Astral Walk!
-The ability to Brew or Scribe!
-Several Trades: Alchemy, Mining, Smelting, or Lapidary!

AND Special Guests:
Thaien Ellbrecht with his knowledge of Divine prayers!
Signyi the incredibly accomplished Mage!

-Beshabans are not invited and will NOT be taught, and may be dropped in a volcano, or worse.

Hello everyone. So I'm sorry to do this but I'm going to have to postpone this event. For those not in the know, my dog broke her leg and it was found out that it was due to bone cancer. The cancer weakened the bone, leading to the break. She's been at the vet for a while now. We were going to be bringing her home tonight, but they suspect possible bleeding due to the bruising that's spreading, so we'll be bringing her home tomorrow. So tonight we'll be at the vet visiting her. I'll repost later to confirm the date!

Very sorry to hear, and hope she recovers well and swiftly. RL of course comes first. Take care of your sweet girl, and we'll hold this fun event some other time!

Firstly, thank you all for the well-wishes I've gotten here and elsewhere!

It has occurred to me that I have slacked long enough on rescheduling this even that I very much still want to do! So here is this event, and I'm considering doing additional Teaching Potlucks in the future. I'm not sure exactly what it'll look like yet, but we'll play it by ear.
