HOWTO - Report a bug has a helpful explanation of when to use the forums and when to send in an email. There's also a bug reporting command in the game -- do you regularly read the logs from that, or would you prefer that players use the other two options?

I would suggest that every how-to should also be replicated by an in-game help file that is clearly marked and linked from the 'help mainmenu' menu.

All policies should be linked from help mainmenu -> option F -> Forgotten Kingdoms' policies.

I whole heartedly agree, even if it is just a brief explanation with a link to the page on the forum.
Especially when it's rules that have evolved on the forum and haven't been changed on the helpfile. A link should be put in the helpfile at least. In my humble opinion

The logs from the "bug" command are very very rarely checked (only one every two or three years, when someone gets the courage to work on them), that's why it's better to use the other two options.

(and welcome to the game and the forums)
