[EVENT] Gathering of the Church of Kelemvor
I was wondering if we could have a gathering for the Church of Kelemvor at the Abbey.
I was thinking of the following date and start time and going for a few hours. Drink, food and of course sarcasm will be provided... There are some new members of the church that I think would like to meet some of the veterans and even some hopefuls or initiates that which to sit and chat...
Hrosskell and Kelemvor, I would the date work or I can push it back to the end of March... I have my brothers stag and wedding to do for the two weeks in the middle of March...
Gwain, I can provide the sardines...

The current time is a little outside my comfort zone - Saturday afternoon's belong to my family - but I may manage to earn enough favor that week to pop by.
I would say though, my attendance is not mandatory, nor is my permission, for these kind of events. That's why I have FMs
If the faith want to get together and sing funeral dirges, I'm all for it.
Especially if it helps new hopefuls and allows faith members to meet and greet.

...never send to know for whom the bell tolls,
it tolls for thee.
it tolls for thee.
It sounds awesome to me. I've been wanting to have these for a while, but haven't sat down to start things up myself or make inquiries and such. I'll be there, if I can manage. I'd certainly want to attend that!
And I love meeting new inquirers/hopefuls, personally... It'd be my vote to invite them along too.

Change date to March 2nd...
Sorry, but I just found out this morning that one of my kids will be attending a soccer tournament on March 1st and since I am one of the coaches, I need to be there. Is Sunday, March 2nd, same time and same place good for everyone?
My apologies. The season and all tournaments were to be done by the end of February.

Thank-you
Thank-you to those that came.
I'll try to organize another one later with more of a warning than just a few weeks and maybe we can get a better showing.
Thanks again for those of you that showed up.
