Animal Empathy/Claim

I'd like to suggest the amount of claimable NPC's be raised. I've seen a lot of really fun roleplayable claims out there, that are unable to be claimed. (Robins, badgers, squirrels, wrens, rams, does, etcetc).

I know it's probably a super pain in the butt to run around adding flags to these animals, but I think it would be a great addition to ranger/druid roleplay if an imm was bored enough/inclined enough to do so. :D

I would love to see this happen. If I had a bit more time I would be willing to try and help but unfortunately my time is very limited these days with kids and work. Gotta love spring and summer it seems to keep us even busier than before.
