[EVENT] Knighting ceremony for Aramil of Corellon

The litany of Corellon's church is sung in the glades and forests of Faerun marking the completion of Aramil Naedre's path to Paladinhood.

Come hither to the temple of the Tel'Quessir in Silverymoon to join the song and let the Halls of Everdusk ring with praise to the Father.

OOC: This event will take place on Friday January 2nd 2009 starting at this time and continuing for an hour or so.

Elves, particularly of the Corellon faith, are urged to attend, but all are welcome if there are other allies or associates of Aramil who would like to mark this achievement with him.

People of the Realms,

Two hours before the knighting ceremony is to begin, I will open a gate from Silverymoon to Bradigan's store in Waterdeep. This will allow anyone who wishes to travel north (and who has left it too late) to visit Squire Aramil as he is knighted. I am afraid the cost of the spell prevents me from casting it more than once, so please ensure anyone wishing to travel through the gate is ready at Bradigan's two hours before the ceremony.

An event such as this is worthy to be recorded and talked of throughout the realms.
For the benefit of those who could not attend, and those who live too far to have heard the news in time, Goldfarb's Good News seeks to print an account of the Ceremony. Any attendee would be welcome to write such the piece, do not worry if you are no bard! It does not have to be long, 10 handwritten lines on parchment would be gratefully accepted. Please make submissions in person to the editor, or leave them at the Font of Knowledge in Waterdeep for collection.
