Has the bug where area spells cast by mobs would affect the PCs they are supposed to assist been fixed?

I have a growing list of these, but I'm not sure what to do with them.

Were we going to attempt a hard-code fix (I can't find anything in Bugzilla) or just try to fix in the area files (by grouping, changing progs, spell lists, etc.)??

Edit for my refn- I found an old bug report on AoE spells with assisting mobs: Bugzilla (723)
Needs further testing to confirm.

Moving to confirmed. Bug report in bugzilla already exists as noted above.
