Yanno Pev, did I ever tell you I sometimes go out drinking in the town Questionable Content takes place in? Sadly there is no real Coffee of Doom franchise.

Do you know if any of the Android apps support telnet? I'm getting the Evo soon.Lathander wrote:Loving my new Droid phone.

Re: Droid
Have you tried it with FK yet? I'm still debating if FK from a phone is really plausible yet.

Re: Droid
I downloaded Andromud. It works similar to zMud.
Re: Droid
Ok..I'll agree the game is addictive, but, really, come ON.... mudding on those itty bitty screens? That sounds like obsession.....

Re: Droid
Well, the new Evo has a 4.3" screen and an amazing resolution... the only drawback is that it doesn't have a physical keyboard so that might into issues taking up the screen.
I think I'd take that over telnet at work...

Re: Droid
I have a Google Nexus One and it doesn't have a physical keyboard. It does get annoying to type. The keyboard pops up and takes up the entire screen through Andromud. Closing the keyboard works like the enter button I guess.
It is a lot of work. I have only logged on twice. Once to see if I could really log on from my phone and a second time because I was bored at work. But it was too much work to play from a phone.Belose wrote:Ok..I'll agree the game is addictive, but, really, come ON.... mudding on those itty bitty screens? That sounds like obsession.....

Have you used Swype on your Nexus One?

I'm a bit tired of my Palm Pre. I can't wait to make the switch to Android.

If it's anything like the N1 I would imagine you'd be pretty satisfied with a phone.Athon wrote:

They're both running the 1GHZ mobile processor. Both with outstanding screen resolutions.Melian wrote:If it's anything like the N1 I would imagine you'd be pretty satisfied with a phone.Athon wrote:

The only major difference between the two is that the HTC Evo is using HTC's graphical user interface over the stock Android GUI. Aside from that, I hear they're both amazing phones.

There's no need to hide, Brar! Blackberries are quite excellent phones. I'm not a fan of the Storm/Storm 2, but the Tour and the new Curves are two of my favorite phones on the market. If I wasn't getting the Evo, I'd probably be waiting for a 4G Blackberry to come to Sprint and nab that.Brar wrote:Blackberry FTW!!!!!!!!
