I just noticed yesterday a change in Stone skin. I'm wondering if its a bug or not.
At Journeyman level I was able to fight between 2 - 4 Kuo-toa on Maos. Before the spell was depeleted. As of midday yesterday, I could only go 2-3 rounds. Only getting hit 4 times before the spell was over.

I can't go back to see how this spell may have operated in the past, but it has a duration set by your character level and skill with the spell It can only absorb a fixed amount of damage. Neither of those should run out in 2-3 rounds of combat with unarmed Kuo-Toa, though if they were armed that might be a different story.
I can't test this more extensively without knowing the level of the caster and the arms status of the Kuo Toa, but things look to be operating as they should be on the testport.
