Tried it now, got "It is closed" instead - likely it's been fixed before I got a chance to confirm!

Did you try to GET item from pack (a travellers pack)? not just LOOK in pack?
I looked in pack and i got it is close, but when I tried to GET item from pack it says the door is closed

( 2) a superior-grade ingot of platinum (perfect)
an average-grade ingot of platinum (perfect)
close pack
You close a travellers pack.
look in pack
