Even when a character affected by Fly (and probably all other equivalent spells) is landed, his description still contains

Good catch!
Simplest fix seems a change in the visible effect echo from
$e flies a few feet above the ground.
to something like
$e is enveloped in gently swirling winds.
I've done that...don't think the same issue really applies to levitate, since LAND ends it.

Ha. I am sometimes enveloped in swirling winds after a particularly hearty meal! Maybe I'm magic? (Couldn't help it. Sorry!)

New component for Fly spell: a bean burrito
