Ranger shop ONLY

I do not know if this belongs in a diffrent area, but I have started playing a character who is set forth in becoming a Ranger, what I find frustrating is that over the last 5 days RL I have been looking for string and ALL the shops say they are out of stock, I ASKed about this and Gilain (thanks so much for your help) told me that string is a spell component and therefore is a limited number in game at one time, so I ask, is there any way possible to get a shop or a vendor somewhere in the Forests to where they only sell Flecthing materials to either Rangers or Characters who have started the Ranger quest? Items I'd suggest being sold would be as followed
1.Arrow heads (or the steel ore to make them)
2. String
3. Flecthing knife
4.cat gut
5. regular knife
6. bows
and anything elese anyone can think of for a upand coming Ranger

I'd like to think of this as a starting shop for Rangers that way they can have the matriels ready but not so easily that you loose the RP of it all.

Update to my own post, I wish a shop to where the string is always there. I know there is a shop in the Shrine of Nature

Perhaps you are not looking in the goodplace, I never had problem with cat gut, and a mage I know had just restock on piece of string2 days ago (restock means buying 30 of them) and it was at peak hours.

Some merchants have higher stock than others.

Everything you asked for is already in rangers shop very easily accessible if I am not mistaking.

Plus what is wrong turning to other rangers for a bit of help? It is a good chance for rp, especially since you don't have to mentor anymore.

I know I had some trouble with my wild elf ranger to be, yet I meet icly with others and got what I needed.

Small side bar, shortly after answering your question I visited one of the shops that sells string and bought some. So, like I said in the "ask" session, look around and ask around. It is out there. (Not trying to detour anyone's suggestions for new areas/shops. I love new ideas!)

I am strongly against any shop selling metal or ore as standard stock. Whatever a player sells to the shop is fine. (My opinion only!) Far as I know, nearly any race/class can learn both smelting and mining through quests, thus attain their own metals.
Not against a limited stock of arrowheads on a ranger only vendor, but I see something like that being bought out by someone grinding fletching and leaving everyone else to float in the wind (or be forced to hunt for a weaponsmith PC). Defeats the purposes.
Knives and cat gut, is there really an issue with finding these? I thought there was a decent supply vs demand balance on these items. Really asking. I don't know rangering much.

Yes, I looked some more and most of the items that I listed where readily avaible but I just was trying to think of new ideas and add a shop or otherwise. I splogize for not looking farther just wished to put my thoughts out there

No, no. Never feel bad about suggesting stuff. Ideas always get feedback and just because this stuff is out there doesn't mean the next nature/ranger/druid area couldn't use few shop ideas.
