Good day to you all!

Now that we've got a fair number of recruits enlisted we've decided to start putting together teams and handing out assignments. In our eternal wisdom, we've come up with the following teams, though it should be noted that depending on circumstances* these might end up changing:

Some of you might not know one another, and that's fine! We'll be having a get-together and general barbeque that will hopefully help you all get acquainted with one another at the following time: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/f ... c=0&p1=250

The purpose of the meeting will generally be to iron out the teams and get everyone working on the same page, but there's no reason that we can't begin our duties before that, if possible, so let me explain about the new Spidermash agenda.

Spidermash is, basically, a non-profit adventuring company; every so often I'll post a mission or two here and it will be up to team leaders to accept whatever mission their team would like to complete (though a particular team can only take on, at most, one job at a time). For the most part these missions will be bounties for dangerous monsters or components to be collected and sold, with the profits going to a charitable organization (like the waterdhavian orphanage), but from time to time there may also be special missions and these will be directly assigned to specific groups.

I'll start off with two missions: a collection mission and a bounty mission.

Bounty: Goblin Chief

Target: The chief of the goblins that inhabit the caves in the Howling Peaks hills, northeast of Daggerford.

Additional Info: The goblins of Howling Peak have been a problem for farmers around Daggerford for ages, and so Spidermash has decided to try and help out a little by thinning out their ranks and defeating their leader in combat, hopefully buying enough time for the farmers to finish harvesting their crops this year with minimal harrassment.

Collection: Energy Shards

Target: Shards of energy from around the world
Customer: High Mage Gesine of Mystra

Additional Info: The High Mage has hired Spidermash to collect energy shards from naturally occuring formations. Before your team can complete this mission you'll first have to seek out the High Mage Gesine and ask her for directions and for advice on how to locate the shard formations, and then you'll have to fulfill whatever quota she requests of you (within reason, obviously).
