Gathering of the Wyld Flock

Post by Aldren » Mon Jan 31, 2011 5:05 am

*THIS NOTE IS TACKED TO THE TOP OF THE BOARD, STAMPED WITH AN AUTUMN LEAF*
A call to those who serve the Wylderness and the Queen of the Forest:
I call to rangers, druids, wanderers, archers, treants...any and
all who devote themselves to the preservation and continued survival of
the wylderness, to gather in feast and drink at fireside. We shall gather,
a people of Nature, and have an open forum where we might all discuss
any matters at hand. Those who have sought the Forest Queen and have not
met with myself or Takket, please come feast, drink, and meet with those
who can help you upon your path.
We will also be discussing the recognition of long-serving rangers
and druids who have gone unrecognized for far too long.

The Ranger Camp in the High Forest will serve as our meeting ground, and
we will gather at fireside to discuss matters on even ground with another.
We gather, friends all, in three tendays' time.
(OOC: The event, tentatively, will happen here. If this time does not work out for majority, and please post here if it does not, we will move it to a more appropriate slot. http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/f ... c=0&p1=142)

Sorry, that's way too late for Flo. She can catch up outside of this though.

It's a little late for me but I'll make do if need be. Ver'que just might be quieter then normal.

If the date ends up getting changed though, I'm not available on Feb. 5th or the 12th. But if those days work for everyone else, you don't have to change it for me. Sure, I'd like to go but there will be others.

Same time for me as for Brar, it will work without Larethiel :)

Some unforseen things have happened, and I was unable to attend. I hope to get more of these things rolling in the near future.

The followers (and prospective followers) will be meeting once again in High Forest to discuss the matters of the faith, meet new members and enjoy the company of one another.

The proposed meeting time is Here.

Same here, on a weekend or friday perhaps, but during the week it's kind of complicated to stay that late.
Have fun :)

Here is the deal. I go on leave on the 5th of August. That is a Friday, I have the next 12 days with NO WORK! Any day, any time between the 6th of August and the 16th of August I can make it. Telnier would love to get back into the swing of the faith.

Alright, how many can make this if we change the time to THIS?

Weekends are pretty volatile for me and I usually have a hard time keeping them open for gaming. However, if the majority of you can make this time, I'll make sure someone is there to lead it even if it isn't me.

Alright. Let's plan on running this twice at both suggested times to try and include as many people as possible. Show up to the you can make or both if you are so inclined.

A bulletin is sent to the Nature camps around the kingdoms, relaying them to ranger camps and hamlets across Faerun.

Let's give this event another shot now that I'm back to stay. The next event will take place at this time, unless popularity demands otherwise. :)
