Light Spell Causes Blindness

When using an item that is glowing from the Light spell, you won't be able to see anything at all.

You begin to chant.
Light begins to radiate from a Shadowdale signet ring.
You are carrying:
     (Glowing) a Shadowdale signet ring (perfect)
You slip your finger into a Shadowdale signet ring.
You can't see a thing!

It's possible that the item is blinding you with its incredible radience? But if that's the case, then I don't know how you're supposed to use this spell to help you see in the dark. Maybe it's for sabotaging your friends?

You know, it was kind of fun when the Light spell was still blinding me. I played a game where I tried to navigate for a long as possible while blinded. First I'd get blinded by the light, then I'd get all revved up like a deuce, and, a moment later, I'm just another runner in the night.

I've tried it a couple times now, and looks like it's good. I think it was fixed just shortly after my report (I think someone reported it before me, though).
