Lvl 0 spell casting not working

This forum contains bugs which the test team think are fixed are awaiting confirmation from the initial reporter of the bug.

Lvl 0 spell casting not working

When trying to cast level 0 spells, I get :"You begin to chant.
Somehow, you are unable to draw enough power to cast detect magic."

It says that for all my level 0 spells...
