What if we had occasional echos to remind players to vote? I know I sometimes forget and a reminder will keep the votes coming. The more votes the higher chance we can get newer players in to add to our awesome group.

I'm not fond of that idea. It's like junk mail in your email, or banners on your videos.

A line to the MoTD would be good, though.

One thing I have noticed is that posted reviews have a significant impact. We have several new players over the last year or so, but the latest posted player review dates back almost two years to May 2010. If those new players kind enough to post positive comments in our own welcome forums could be enticed to do the same on TMC, I think it would be a good thing.

I have been trying to think of how to put to words the awesomeness of this place, so that others can understand and be enticed to come here, but...I haven't been in the lengthy writing mood. And personally, if it's something small, it doesn't help too much. I think quality of review over quantity does the most.

That said, this place is really, really amazing.

I've been considering posting a review, but I'm waiting to see if there are anymore factors I should consider or things to evaluate before I take the extremely detailed plunge and sum up my experiences. But being a player here for so long I would definitely enjoy reading what newer players think of the mud, especially on mud connector.
Justice is not neccesarily honourable, it is a tolerable business, in essence you tolerate honour until it impedes justice, then you do what is right.

Spelling is not necessarily correct :)
