Our of Stock?
There are so many items and components you find out of stock. These days, with the ever expanding size of the Mud, I wonder at the point of this? So many are mundane, is there really a point to it? Should we not either increase the overall limit to reflect the growth of the mud, or for more rare things, just remove them from the merchants entirely, rather than having them as a pointless tease?
Follow your heart, yes.. but use your head, too. Take to every task with zeal and passion, but try to pair it with sage and discerning execution.
Re: Our of Stock?
I've never been a fan of 'out of stock.' Personally, I find it to be really annoying in the sense that the blame is often shifted on the players for hoarding (as was done with components). The purpose for it is absolutely understandable in a roleplaying sense, but there is little "RP" involved with buying an object from an NPC; especially when others are not present.
I agree with the removal of "out of stock" code altogether, but maybe there are more reasons for it than I am aware of.

Re: Our of Stock?
Rather than go out-of-stock, I'd like to see the prices inflate.
