This was bugging me for awhile, but I finally got one for Tandria, and it's near dead-on. Drew Barrymore in Ever After looks almost exactly like Tandria, though Tandy's eyes are a bit greener.

I think if you took the scene from Austin Powers 3 where Danny De Vito is giving the finger, and put a beard on him, that would fit well

Saegan looks like Lancelot from Excalibur... but with long hair

I think of Phlow as a Legolas, just shorter (5'ish) and shady.

Mordimyr = that dude from Rcoky IV. He was Ivan Drago in the movie, and Dolph Lundgren in real life. He rocked.

I've always pictured Nivek as a rugged... Rick Moranis.

Balek: Looks like the dwarf from the D&D movie except with hair on top of his head too.

Sanin: I didn't really base his looks on anything, but apparently he turned out looking like an existing bard.

Those are the only ones I have that anyone actually knows.

Arlan is Richard Gere from First Knight, I picture Ehvan as being Antonio Banderras in Desperado. I picture Blug as being a white haired Gimli, and I picture Zare as being a slightly less macho Johnny Depp.
