Seems you can not train Spellcasting Prodigy off Elminster if you've a negative fortitude score. For information, this is on an elf wizard who has a con of 8, giving a -1 fort save. Per the helpfile though, there is no restriction to be placed on taking this feat.

This appears to be resolved. I was just able to train this feat as a young wizard (human Wi3 with CON of
