Help the help

When you type HELP for a topic that doesn't have a helpfile, you get the same menu you would if you typed HELP by itself. Say HELP IAMTESTINGTHESYSTEM I get this:

However, on the first case when you type HELP IAMTESTINGTHESYSTEM if you tried to hit E for DEITIES, instead of getting you the HELP DEITIES helpfile, you end up moving east. Anyway to make it to where the helpfile when you can't find what your looking for is the exact format as the command HELP by itself?

I tested this by typing help (on the test port) and then another random keyword (often nonsensical) and confirmed it.
