No, I think only thieves get it in FK.

After reading through some game materials and doing some mechanics considerations, I feel there's an easy feat tree that can be added to rangers to help them along a little.

Combat Styles: Archery/ Two-weapon Fighting
When they join the guild they pick one for free.
Then at level 20 they automatically gain the next feat point for the same style.
At level 40 they gain the final feat point for the style.

In SRD combat styles is just adding a feat like ability without prereqs, however for FK I feel these alterations are best:

Archery style -- +2 per feat point to hit and damage rolls.
Two-weapon style -- No penalties on first point, +3 to hit and damage for the next two feat points. (To keep it on par with Archery style)

Favored Enemies: Humanoid, Giant, Beast, Animal, Aberration, Outsider, Plant, Undead, Vermin

At levels 15, 30, and 45 a ranger automatically gains a favored enemy feat point. Each point is a +2 to hit and damage rolls against that race type (I'm sure we have it set up for the game's comprehensive race list). A point can be spent on the same race or a new one.

Each of these could be trained by a master ranger trainer in one of the various camps scattered on the map with no cost, and perhaps a knowledge based mini-quest. I'm down for learning how to write those mini-quests and add them in if it'll help.

I think this would be a good suggestion to implement. PErhaps for rangers already existing it would refurbish any feat points they used on any of those feats up to a max of three. I.E. If they already picked up all the archer feats or the two weapon fighting feats. You could even setup the mobs to overcome the prereqs since it would fall in line with 3.5 srd. Would just need a quest for the non good aligned rangers to get guilded and everything would be good to go. Aside from figuring a good plan for companions!
