To clarify, does disallowing consumable/activated items and activated item abilities include weapons? I'd assume yes but want to be sure.

I could help with the witnessing/observing/recording. Just depends on when it all happens!

Obviously not my own fights, but the others.

They are activated.

I'd likewise be more than glad to witness, if supply is low and if alts of participants are allowed.

This is acceptable so long as you make it known you have an alt competing and both participants in the bout accept, and acknowledge the results. We just want to keep things as non conflicting as possible. Remember detect magic is also your friend against shenanigans.

It's not really a scheduled thing in the way most events are. If two participants are around and can find a witness likewise online, the group's free to set up a time and place as suits it. Or the combattants might plan through post etc. But like in the last tournament, some witnesses used yell to announce upcoming fights and give time for people to come watch if they wanted.

What does the list of witnesses look like at the moment? I was told tonight that a person not having posted in this thread is an approved witness, so I just kinda wanted to get an idea of who all's willing to be called on, in case there are more than have posted here. Gratitude!

Indeed, could we get a list of participants and a list of approved Witnesses/ the first enough is easy to do but I wasn't sure if there was a general go ahead for Myself and Raelikh to both compete and witness.
