I do not know why I cannot handle this stupid time website.

Starvation Festivities. Saturday 2PM PST.

Someone else gave me this link so it should be right:

Just wondering if we might be able to push this back two hours if it works for everyone else, especially you, Mele? I'm really excited for this event, but I work until 2 hours after. :) If not, I completely understand, but I thought it couldn't hurt to ask.

Let it be known, I am available at any time before, during, or after the current schedule time. So I'm totally cool with delaying it if that is in everyone's best interest

Pushing back two hours would make this more viable for me as well.

I could not be more pleased or proud with how this went down! You were all patient and everything went incredibly smooth!

It was so easy to run thanks to all of you, that I am excited to formally announce that the Starvation Festivities will return!

The SF will be held every three months, increasing in level by 10. This means in May we will be having a level 20 competition!

Once we have gone up to 50, the following SF will be reverted to 10, and we will begin again. As long as these are enjoyed and entered, I will continue to hold them!

Thank you for your ideas and input before and your patience during the event!

I'm proud of us!

I cannot begin to express the amount of fun and pleasure I had with this event. I was frantic and terrified throughout the games. I spent a long time prepping, and feel massively rewarded. Thank you so much for this!

THANK YOU. That was beyond enriching, totally amazing. Thank you, thank you.

I dunno if my heart can take another, but we'll have to see! :D Thanks to you for running it, Mele, and to all the participants for making it honestly some of the best RP I've ever experienced.

I'm so happy that things went smoothly! I'm sorry that my current persona couldn't bring herself to "care" about the event; however, the OOC me was cheering for everyone to have fun!

Huge props to all involved, from sponsors with schemes to tributes with dreams. I know a ton of you guys worked really hard not only crafting the skills and strategies for your toons, but backstories and stuff for us to get involved in too. Huge thanks to Mele, this was possibly the most entertaining thing I've done in a bit--in game or out.

This event got me way out of my comfort zone and was frankly, quite liberating. Life with just 2-3 weeks put Maleveaen's life in perspective for both myself and her, and it was a refreshing change of pace. I enjoyed the journey and the termination of it immensely! It was brutal.

A big congratulations to Hyldest, and certificates of participation to the contestants. ;)

On behalf of Malevagekwafdsu, to her friends and acquaintances: Thank you for the memories made. Don't miss out on reading her book of definitely, undoubtedly, unsolicited letters (copies placed in Waterdeep and Zhentil Keep's Market Squares, PM Maleveaen for more, or ping George on the FK Discord). It's just great! *thumbs up*

And to the future contestants of the Starvation Festivities: May the odds be ever in your favour.

Waves of Challenge!

Post by Mele » Sat Feb 10, 2018 1:39 am

Spoken in quick like a carnie explaining a game

Come one come all to the challenge'f strength! This event is not for the faint of heart so ya better sit't home if ya ain't got the stuff!

Fifteen waves'n 2 bonus waves of fierce competitors found all over the realms! Beginning from the bottom and moving to the top!

You'll enter'n arena of two rooms, each wave set up in the room opposite the one you're in. You'll fight the wave, then stop! Rest up, spell up, have as you will. The green light flashes'n you move to the other! Move before and you're slain on the spot because this host ain't got time for a guy who can't follow direction!

Group up'n be smart, because the tactic is to live'n live long. You die in the first round, you're out for 'em all! But worry not, little one, you'll be resurrected at the end! So think fast, move quick! Rescue'n heal! The more people ya let drop the sooner y'all meet demise!

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-refundable, non-renamable'n non-tradable to people who don't attend! Ya get what ya get and ya split how ya split, this host ain't got time for bickering over who gets how many of each component or coin. Trade inside with each other is fine, but ya give it away outside and it'll poof. The bigger prizes in the bigger waves provide one of the same item to each person inside. Might be that they're all one thing, might be that they have two or three options. Figure it out among yourselves and if ya can't ya get manure! Prizes that're listed vague are listed vague on purpose, don't even ask'n don't make requests! Prizes labeled SECRET will be revealed after fact whether ya win or lose so be ready to lament what ya didn't get!

Curious the line up, I've got it for ya! But maybe I'm tricky, and you'll find something different than what I've been listin' or maybe my list'll change on it's own! Vague is the game'n the prizes are poppin'!

Tymora smile upon ya good luck'n have fun!

Thanks for the several messages in concern.

The plan, which I assumed was irrelevant to public knowledge, is to start with a low number and as a mob dies load another. This gives no pause from battle, meaning no sitting and healing or stopping and buffing out of battle and keeps us safe from crashing!

Re: Selune's bi-weeklies FINDING MITTENS NEXT

Post by Mele » Sat Feb 24, 2018 3:50 am

Gloria a sweet old lady has lost her cat, Mittens.

Rumor says Mittens is not quite an ordinary cat, and there are sightings and reports of Mittens being less than friendly in villages all over the realms.

One man has said his paw print alone is fifteen feet tall. It's probably an exaggeration. Or is it?

Prepare to team up and track down clues on Mittens' whereabouts. Find and confront the feline, listen to reports from villagers all over the realms.

Will you bring back Mittens, or his collar? Only time will tell.
