The wolf running rampant over a red field is a sigil my father favored, I got the tattoo from a shaman of the fair folk down south after partaking in one of their rituals. It seems the spirit of the wolf was ever present in my life, so I honored this revelation on my flesh.

A chance to better the world and to pay penance for my sins. I'd probably take a brief hiatus if I ever had kids, even then, I'll likely be an ornery old sod. Grandkids'll probably have to tell me I can't go out 'an cave a goblins head in with my cane or something.

I do, firstly, I dream to be a Champion of my Lady. Secondly, I strive to be a great warrior to honor my late father.

Varies, depending on whose eyeball I just skewered.

Leaping dogs etched on my blade.
If so, how did you acquire them?
My maker put them there.
What do these distinguishing marks look like?
They look like dogs, and they're leaping or doing acrobatics.

They mean the person who made me likes dogs. I aspire to be as loyal and intelligent as a dog some day.

I only have one hand, and it's a handle.

I have a 7" grip. It's a bit small.

Sounds like cutting.
When did you decide to become an adventurer?
I was pressed into service for a superior cause by a superior mind.
Why have you chosen to risk your life as a career?
I can't die. Also, I'm a sword.
What do you expect to get out of being an adventurer (satisfaction, glory, money, redemption, etc.)? What, if anything, would make them stop adventuring (death of a loved one, marriage, mutilation, money, position, old age, etc.)?
Broadening my incredibly narrow mind, perhaps learning more about the world than I did when I was living in a sandworm's gut for a few centuries there. I can never really stop adventuring because I'm just a tool but sometimes I get sealed away for a few centuries because of how incredibly annoying I am.

No.

I am a sword, and a particularly stupid, close-minded one at that.
What are your short term goals (what would you like to be doing within a year)?
Not pissing my owner off enough that she throws me into a well.

I'm cripplingly afraid of wisdom and success, because I'm a sword and don't understand anything.
