I Radgar of Tempus here by announce a tournament for warriors in honour of the Foehammer. It will be held outside of Berdusk on the plains west of the city. All races and alignments will be welcome but I will worn you only once that if fights breakout out side of ring swift action will be taken and both parties will be removed from the tournament. There will be a few rules unique to this competition firstly because this is a test of a warriors skill No Armour will be allowed. There will be cloth pants provided for all contestants (Cloth shirts for those women who wish to partake.). Secondly because this is a test of skill No Magical items will be allowed to be worn. A wizard will be on hand to make sure that this rule is followed. There will be two volunteers that will be able to hold onto your belongings while you fight. Any none magical weapon will be allowed into the ring, as well as shields if that is your style. Winners will go on to the next round. When all the battles have been waged a true warrior champion will be crowned. None will be able to question the merit of this warrior and ask if it was the magical trinkets or more expensive armour that won the day. A handsome reward will be given to the champion of this tournament, there will be a five platinum fee for contestants which will go towards the winners purse and to benefit the Church of Tempus.

This is for who ever wants to enter. But it is melee combat no magic.

You may want to clarify whether "dirty" fighting tactics (gouge, sap, etc) will be tolerated.

Please clarify exactly which skills are allowed? Are punch, kick, bash, disarm, etc. allowed?

There are different ideas about what is an "honorable" tactic.

I am interested. And depending on my transfer date I MIGHT be able to make it. By the way, this is a well overdue tournament. It has been months since the last one, and I appriciate someone taking the initiative to get one going again.

Only the skills listed will be allowed. I have decided at the end of the Tournament there will be grudge matches for the entertainment of the crowd. If there is a fighter you did not face in the Competition you may challenge after the Winner is announced.
