This fellow resides in Ched Nasad as a seller of various sheaths and pouches.
It seems he is also a sneaky thief....A very very quick one.

As soon as i get the money from my pouch to buy something the little swine has stolen it.

I think his rate might need slowing down a little, seeing as i can't slap him about to get the money back without getting killed by the local guards for my trouble.

Yeah, Barkus Yipper has been a thorn in the side of the world for too long. When I made Ched Nasad (my first area) I didn't know setting a thief would make him constantly steal. He wasn't supposed to steal and he's ruined dozens of people's lives and stolen thousands of platinum, a stealing shopkeeper is like, the worst thing imaginable, haha

There is a halfling thief in Skullport who does the same thing. I don't have his name at the moment, but when I was trying to learn from him, his hands were all up in my pockets.

Hmm, I couldn't find a thief mob in any of the skullport areas. If you can find his name, that'd be very much appreciated!
