Warriors and Armor Proficiency

Warriors do not start out with any training in armor proficiency. I believe they should start with 2 and then get the third point when they get guilded as a fighter? It really doesn't make sense for a warrior to be unable to even use cloth armor without hinderence...

Unguilded warriors *should* start out with two ranks in armour proficiency. We had a problem with that, but I thought it had been fixed. Is this a new PC? Is anyone else seeing this problem?

Raona,
This was a new PC. I even saw another player ask the same thing via ASK and I responded to let them know that it happened to me.
I eventually got the points when I hit level 9 and re-logged. I went from 0 feats to 2 points in Armor Proficiency and 1 point in Shield Proficiency at that point.

I threw this up on question the other day and noticed someone mention that they got it around level 5. Not finding this answer to hold true when I hit level five, I did some reading about other proficiencies. Someone suggested logging on and off for shield profs, and I did this--and voila, my armor profs were there.

Currently warriors will need to quit and re-log after they have selected a hometown to gain their starting armor/shield proficiencies. This is a work-around for a bug which granted everyone those feats during character generation (see Denvar's spell focus Bug Reporting thread!), and will be fixed properly soon.

I just created a new warrior on the tport and checked; He'd received two points in the armour proficiency feat without having to log out.
Seems this one was fixed.
