Saves vs Poison not working at all.

I ate an apple that had surpassed its ripened stage on a character with 20 Constitution.

You eat a green apple.
You are stuffed.
You gag on a green apple.

This happened twice in a row, which leads me to believe I'm not even getting a save.

Once the poison sets in, there is a secondary save which I failed the first time, but passed the second time. So, that part may be working.

I can't see the dice rolls for this, but can confirm that bad apples seem to always poison even the toughest of dudes. Don't have time to bugzilla this at this second but will do it next chance I get.
