In room with vnum 29450, there is a way to climb or fly into a hole to move into a separate room. However, when flying, the proper command yields a successful echo but does not move the PC into the proper room.

You cannot fly in enclosed areas anymore. Caves and the like will force you to 'walk.'

I don't think it's a typical room-to-room move. I think it transfers you to the next room via the prog.

Either way, it's bugged to either not transfer your properly or the echo needs to be changed to not say you were successful.

Are you making it so you can no longer use fly to go to the corresponding place?

Yes - there is another way to get through that hole, and another way to fly to where that hole goes.
