It seems a room has two down exits.

Waterdeep: Museum of Knowledge, Deity section - Upper Level

There is a strong odour of incense in this part of the Museum. Openings in
the northern, western, and southern walls lead to other rooms filled with
marble statues and paintings.
A black wooden plaque inscribed with golden letters reads:
.North - Minor gods
.South - Dead gods
.West - Monster gods
.Down - Major gods
A fountain with symbols of Oghma gurgles softly here. (perfect)
