Using the Still Spell metamagic feat no longer removes the somatic component from your spells. You will still gesture, but your spell's level will still be increased by one.

I found that the best way to test this is by using both Still and Silent spell, then casting any spell (I tested by spontaneously casting Cure spells). You will still see the "You begin to gesture" message, and the spell level used will be two higher than the spell's base level.

With a little help, I've confirmed that this isn't just a discrepency on the caster's screen. Outside observers will also see your gestures despite the spell being Stilled.

It looks like this has been resolved, save perhaps that an observer can still guess what you are casting. Does that make sense?
