Kismet Requirements

Hey guys. I noticed that at character creation there is a 200 kismet requirement for making an evil character. I think that this requirement should fall into the accumulated kismet category. If you already made 200 kismet (the kismet for making an evil character is not taken from your account but rather used as a requirement) then you should be able to make an evil character even after you spent your kismet on another character. That's my opinion. What's the harm that could come of it anyway? More interesting RP?
