spells not recharging

I do not know if this is exclusive to me but spells to not seem to be recharging at all.
So I'm happy it's moved to resolved already

It happens to me from time to time. Not sure where it comes from but usually forgetting the lot and learning them back do the trick for me... though it's a pain :p
So I'm happy it's moved to resolved already
