I can't reproduce this. Are there any other conditions you can recall that might be necessary to make it happen? Have you seen it more than once?

I get to play very, very little anymore. I'm not really going to be able to test it like I normally would. Are there any other players that can help out with this? Maybe it has to do with the mprog of the stirge to drop blood?

Yeah, I just saw this on a different character. The only link so far I've noticed is:
I was killmode stun on both characters.
Both characters have a +1 magical weapon.
Both mobs have a death prog that dumps an item (stirge does and bandits do, but bandits go straight to their inventory).

I'm not positive, but wasn't there a recent change to killmode stun in order to fix the last set of bugs? If so, is it possible that mobs being at 0%hp is causing some sort of error with the mpoload function?

Ok, confirmed: it looks like mobs flagged aggressive do not stop fighting despite being stunned. Entered into Bugzilla as bug 994. Thanks for the report!

Bandits not stopping after stunned.

Whenever I have fought a bandit on the road, no matter if I am in Killmode stun, the bandit will resume their attack at the begining of the next round immediately. When that occurs, the only way to stop them is to leave immediately or kill them.

This is currently a problem with all aggressive mobiles, and is in the queue as a high-priority bug awaiting a fix!

Mask had a few moments today and patched this up! Fix is in on the test port and should be onto the game port soon. Thanks to those who took the time to report the problem, in detail!
