New Secure Storage

I have gone to the new secure storage and paid my platinum but when I go into the alcove and try and pull cord nothing happens. Am I using the wrong key words or is it broken?

Broken. Fixed on the test port.

Not sure if it got moved over or not but now when I try and go in the Alcove it says I cant fit, when I look there is no one already in the alcove.

This narrow room is built of more cold stone and its smooth,
bare walls angle towards an aperture at their apex.  Both of
the walls, though bare of ornament, are painted with careful
depictions of a left-handed gauntlet fixed with an eye, blue
of pupil and lid alike.

The alcove is flagged PRIVATE and for some reason another invisible worker mobile appeared in there. Just a fluke and it's fixed. The above changes were brought live earlier when Mask copied over.

I am able to use the Secure Storage in Waterdeep without issue. Thanks!
