Ria, the banker in the mage school at Water's Edge, does not change coins - she just keeps them. Admittedly, she never claims she does change coins, like most bankers - so maybe this isn't actually a bug. But, you know, after dealing with bankers for a while, you have certain expectations. Especially those that follow Waukeen. Of course, she does have an evil aura, maybe that should have warned me.

Those functions are not area code, but peculiar to Waterdeep. I have added them to Ria and changed her to the appropriate alignment also. Thanks.
