Druids and magic mirror

Post by Lirith » Sat May 12, 2012 10:15 pm

I noticed today that the helpfile for magic mirror lists it as being in the druid spell list as 4th level.
Magic mirror isn't listed in the '4th Level Druid Spells' helpfile and it doesn't appear in my list of available spells as a druid.

I'm inclined to think that the available spells are correct and the helpfile for magic mirror just needs to be changed, but can someone please confirm?

Magic mirror is not a spell per 3.5 edition rules. However, scrying is an ability available to bards (3), clerics (5), druids (4), and wizards (4).

As such I believe it should be available as a fourth level spell to druids.

Er, magic mirror shows up in the Druids of Chauntea, Clerics of Mielikki, and Clerics of Malar guild files. It does appear as a level 4 spell for my testport druid. So you not seeing it is some sort of special aberration, not a helpfile error! I think we'll get it sorted, if we haven't already.

Right! The folks upstairs say mischief managed, problem solved! If that doesn't remain the case, this is the place to report it. Happy scrying, and thanks for the rules help, Athon!
