So.. the quick draw feat doesn't appear to be working. I made a macro to 'get wand pack;hold wand;zap;rem wand;put wand pack;' and this is the result...

there's a round between when this occurs. And it's not just timing. I tried this multiple times. The feat in SRD (and helpfile) describes it as 'instantaneous'.. but I don't notice any difference as without the skill.

Confirmed, the feat doesn't seem to be working at the moment.

If Quick Draw would have been instantaneous (or a move action) being GM at second-attack as this character was I would have attacked twice.

Yeah, the new action system ignores quick draw and the quicken spell feat.
