The Monthly RP Challenge!

We'd like to introduce a new type of event to the playerbase, the monthly roleplay challenge!
What will happen is every month a post will be added in this thread that will include a challenge to you, the players. Each challenge will be for something you need to roleplay. Some examples would be where they are from, what their favorite of something is, why they follow their deity, etc.
Players wanting to participate will make a post with a log of their roleplay in applications. A few excellent submissions will receive a prize, while the best each month will receive a special prize. Submissions will be judged by the immortal team alone - so do not fret about OOC to IC info!
We will open it this month for August - submissions must be posted by August 31 to the applications forums. Any submissions after will not be entered.
The challenge:
Roleplay the origin of your characters name. This can be their first, middle, last or all three names. Be it simply that their parents enjoyed the name, and why, or an actual meaning related to the characters family or past. In addition you must include a log wherein you participate in a roleplay with someone about the origin of -their- name.
Remember this is a challenge, and only the best will be rewarded! Happy roleplaying!
