Supplication item - Faith : Cyric

Looking at this supplicated item for cyric's faith, "<worn around wrist> embossed silver bracers (perfect)", they present the following description:
These bracers are made from the most exquisite silver. They
have been refined, poured, shaped, and engraved by talent so
far beyond mortal reckoning that their very appearance stuns
the observer. Each is engraved with the skull and starburst
symbol of the Dark Sun and embody his servants' devotions to
the One True Way.
OOC: To invoke the power of the bracer say "blood of Cyric".
It is in perfect condition.
It is half plate and is heavy armour.
It is just the right size for you to wear.
It can be picked up, worn around the wrist.
It is worn as armour.
It is medium in size and would fit a humanoid.
However, when trying to invoke the power of them (which usually grants a healing spell, I get the following):
You say 'blood of Cyric'
...and that's it. No prog invocation or anything. No effects invoked from stating it. Does this item have a set number of charges? I was unaware as I've used it only a handful of times in my days.

Thanks!

Yes - it has a set number of charges and a requirement to use said charges.

It will need another echo for when it's empty, methinks!

(Unless I utterly read the code incorrect and it doesn't..)

I repaired the code on these, but they will continue to have issues until time programs on objects are repaired. (See also: viewtopic.php?f=136&t=15646)
