Vendor Level Requirements

Here is whats going on: I have a lower level character and there is a particular mount that I wanna get. Whenever I level I run back to the store and I find that I still can't get said mount. I was wondering if it were possible in situations like this with level requirements there was some indication of what level you had to be to use said item. If this were to go down here is my recommendation of how it does go down:

1) You go to buy desired product and next to the product you want there is that '^' that shows you are underleveled
2) If you still try to buy said product, the vendor will say something like, "You will need 'x' more training before I trust you with 'y'
3A) It would be similar to the 'look' command. Ex: You look north, "Nearby north there is a goblin (1 north away), not too far off north there is a goblin, etc....
3B) So if you are one level away it would say something like, "You are near ready for me to trust you with this", two levels like, "You will need a some more training before I trust you with this." etc..

For something like this, I'd rather have it show the actual level required. I prefer numbers, rather than vague descriptors. Plus it's easier to code, without descriptors.

A fine idea; I like it. I'd even go as far as to suggest maybe the level could be added to the left of the mount/minion before you even attempt to buy it. Either way, I've run into this before, too, and it was a minor annoyance. I wouldn't mind a nice solution.

I think the OP's idea is very good.
