So... um... Point blank shot isn't actually required to shoot arrows in melee, despite what the help file suggests. Also, I seem to be able to shoot 4 rooms, just fine, while using a long bow, but far shot says it allows you to shoot further than without? Is there an accuracy depreciation normally?

Ranged weapons have needed work for a while. Now, at least, they all work correctly. The feats are the next thing that needs work. This is a known issue, but admittedly a low priority for Mask because of the dearth of ranged weapon users.

I left the Point Blank Shot helpfile as was thinking/hoping there was more to come with it, but I'm not holding my breath. I'll fix the helpfile to reflect current reality, thanks for the reminder. As Harroghty says, the rest of this is on the "To Do" pile.
