In chargen, shield dwarf fighter, the option 'shortsword' gives the shortsword item, but profiency in 'double-edged blades'. In the WD newbie area, typing south while in Camberdans room will let you exit without having your name approved.

Okay. Part one, the dwarf issue with choosing (B) shortsword, is resolved. You now receive a shortsword and skill in thrusting blades when you choose (B). This fix is pending update on the game port.

Okay, part two, the program pushing you out the door is fixed now also. Mask very courteously held up going to bed for long enough to put in a check for authorized or not. Again, pending update on the game port.

Also just wanted to add that if you group up while in there wich i did the other night, you do not get credit for completing any the quests and when you get to the last guy he will not give you a kit, and you can not go back in to restart. Perhaps a warning sign saying not to group up?

I can look into a way to make that happen reasonably.
