Nantlel (Menzo banker) won't exchange 1 electrum into 5 silver - he drops it instead. Same problem with the dwarf banker in Mithral Hall, now I remember that. Also, the dwarf (think his name is Farain) will only react to his name and not 'banker'.

This will be resolved with the next update of the game.
