Summoned mount not dispelling?

Ceir cast summon mount on experimental whim, and found himself with a nameless light horse. Not long after, while on the world map (if I remember correctly), he found himself in a bit of a hurry. Without a fly spell to spare, he left the light horse in the middle of nowhere and rushed off to do whatever was so urgent at the time.

It's now a game week or so later, and the light horse still appears on his score sheet. I figured it'd last (Caster Level) hours, modified in whatever way skill level modifies these things on the mud, so this is starting to get a bit worrying. Is the poor nameless horse ever going to dispel? Is it supposed to?

Confirmed on the testport that the horse never disperses at level 1 summon mount, as the helpfile suggests it should.

I have the same with a summoned earth elemental in a similar scenario.

It has been on my score sheet for 48hrs+ of game time.
