A pale glow surrounds and outlines a single target. Outlined targets shed
light as candles. Outlined creatures do not benefit from the concealment
normally provided by darkness, invisibility, or similar effects. It also
worsens the target's Armor Class (AC).
This doesn't seem to be affecting my AC in my score sheet, also I'm not glowing. I figured from the help file that it would make me glow to be able to see in the dark.

Tested, it doesn't seem to remove oneself's AC in any way possible, the spell aims to reduce ac deflection by -1 but it doesn't work no matter if you have +0 AC deflection bonus or +X AC deflection bonus.

Confirmed. I fear this is a hard code issue and will need Mask's attention.
