Heal spell does not remove Sunburst's blindness:

As far as I know Heal currently fixes normal Blind, but I don't know about Power Word Blind's affect. Right now, when you cast Sunburst on someone, it blinds them but does not apply blind affect so Heal spell doesn't fix it. Instead, they're affected by "Sunburst."

Right, the sunburst affect produces blindness but the heal spell doesn't remove it.

Confirmed and fixed in code. Should be resolved on copyover to the main port.
