Attacking an entrance tunnel and my amulet?

I'm in the maze that leads to Blingdenstone, trying to go through it and I get stopped randomly and this happens.
Your pierce shallowly penetrates Entrance Maze's abdomen.

No way! You are still fighting!

You say, OOC, 'I'm starting to make a log of it'

Your pierce shallowly penetrates a clear mica amulet bordered in silver's right leg.
Kept trying to move through the maze, randomly getting stopped to either fight nothing, to have a non-hostile mob aggro, or to punch my own equipment randomly. I'm a deep gnome, entered from the UD entrance.

I couldn't replicate it, but this is the supermob again? The Acid Aerie had a similar problem not long ago.

Yes - these are supermob. Every time you type who with an amulet on it checks your magical post, thus is running a prog so supermob changes itself into the amulet and sometimes this happens. The best way to fix it is to log off and back on.

I was with the player and can confirm logging in and out fixed the issue.

Moving this to confirmed bugs for a potential long-term solution to this issue.
